"Late checkin. Staff friendly. Email request for ground floor room complied with. Room clean but small. Maintenance program needs some attention. No major issues tho. Included continental bfast is good. Upgrade to cooked for $15 seems good value. Recommend using shuttle service as taxi from airport very expensive for a 6 minute ride. Check out simple."

"The staff is very very good 10/10, property is very clean and new.
The room, the fan extractor in the shower is an endless noise, even with the door close you can hear it through the night, really annoying.
The phone has a very bright light that illuminates the room during night, we have to put a towel on top to avoid it.
They sell this room as the curtains fully covers the windows but finish end with a big bright line in the morning that completely ruins your sleep.

"It is conveniently located near the Light rail and train station. The staff were helpful and kind and made our stay pleasant. The bed is so comfy to sleep in. Although breakfast is order in, there are plenty of foods nearby that is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
