"Extremely slow at check in. Payed an extra 30 quid. 12.20 she found us a room. Very chaotic at reception no strucure at all, then to be woken up with extremly loud music in the morning was not impressed at all."

"Good location next to the train station. The hotel is undergoing some sort of refurbishment so our room had scaffolding outside the window. No big deal really. The room was pretty good but the bathroom needs some maintenance. A great welcome on the front desk if the hotel. Overall a good value stay."

"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. "The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back to Scenic View."

"Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous.
The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV.
There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner.
The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise.
We may well...

"I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to...

"Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "

"This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside.
I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me"
