"Fairly clean, beds were hard, breakfast was ok but staff made you feel rushed to get through and out. Only a few staff members were friendly. After a day of sight seeing, came back to our room that evening to a leak in our room coming from the ceiling above. Management immediately moved us to a different room without even looking at the issue, so I feel it had happened before and they pretty much refused to comp us because I paid through hotels.com. We won’t be be returning."

"Stayed here alot over the years. Kids and i really love the place and staff. Last night of our stay, someone tried breaking into our room at 230 in morning. Quick action and i had placed a chair, in front of side access doors, saved us. Called front desk and reported it. Was alarmed to see video cameras were all aimed at the ceiling. Really wandering if it wasn't someone working there to have done that plus have access to the adjoining room. Didnt seem like anything was done about it. "

"There was mold and mildew and a leak in the ceiling. The front desk clerk did not care, shr said well we are remodeling that section is next. No reimbursement, no apologies. The mold is EXTREME. I have photos and videos. I want a full refund. "
