"A great sized room with all we needed. All areas were clean, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable and good range of food choices which were all very tasty. We didn’t use the breakfast room but it looked nice with plenty of tables available.We would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again."

Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. "I arrived early due to my phone not working and I needed WiFi to message my sister. The host was so kind to let me in and use the WiFi and drop off my bags eventhough the room wasn't redy yet. She was very friendly and they iffered free coffee and breakfast. I felt very welcomed."

"Our room did not get the bed made, the towels refreshed. And the soap dispenser above the bath was empty, it didn’t even have a refill bag. The hotel is very dated and tatty. The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN."

"It was very good value. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and wasn't "in your face" I thought the bedroom was good for its' size. The shower pressure was powerful and the room was warm. I didn't use the body/hair gel as I normally bring my own. HQ Bar is a very lovely reasonable priced stay "

"The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff...
