"Truly beautiful property. Excellent amenities and simply stunning natural environment. A tropical paradise in every sense. When we visited it was not too crowded and therefore extremely pleasant. Two inconveniences: one has to wear a bracelet to use facilities and I found that less than ideal. Secondly, our car was parked on the premises and scratched and we received absolutely zero support (we were told to report the issue to the police, call our insurance, etc etc). In short, our problem and zero support (nor even the offer of a one night stay to say sorry). Overall though a beautiful place and great people (the minor accident with the car could and should have been handled better...but as they say in nyc it is what it is)."

"The room room was new and clean, the staff is very friendly and provides great service. The rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and Catalina Island. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is 20 minutes from Casa de Campo and other nearby amenities, which makes it a strategic location for exploring the area. I loved it. I would stay there again."

"This beautiful resort offers excellent customer service, and all amenities are well-maintained. The beach is complimentary, and Sargasso is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this resort, and we're sure to return to La Romana. "
