"Great room...loved the extra touches like the bathrobes, makeup towel and wireless phone charger. Right on the river too but still in an industrial area. Not walkable into town but we were only there for the night so it wasn't an issue. Good value property. We'll return for sure."

"It was not what I expected when I drove up to the property. But the staff and the property made for a very unique and comfortable stay. The staff makes you feel welcome in a cozy setting. Having a morning coffee in a quiet setting is what I needed. I will stay there again."

"Cool little hotel along the river in Golden. Right in the heart of downtown with several places to eat within steps of the hotel. Rooms all face the river and boardwalk which is nice. Self check-in is handy as room keys are in lockboxes on your door (they send you a code for the lockbox). I will stay here every time from now on. Room was spacious and recently renovated. Nice bathroom, a real working bar fridge. Patio for each room. Cool place and a little gem."

"The room was a pleasant surprise. It had a big jet tub that was awesome to soak in. There was no resturant but they offered breakfast with eggs and toast. Coffee and juices. (This area they could definitely upgrade a bit) and the worker paced bavk and forth like a caged animal. Felt very uncomfortable. Nothing was refreshed in the time we sat in the designated room."

"The view is spectacular. The pool and slide are fun and the restaurant is decent. The pizza is actually really amazing. Other than that… this place needs a lot of help. Every window screen was broken, the carpet felt old and dirty. The bathroom faucet was broken and sprayed everywhere. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the pool was probably too heavily chlorinated which made all of us cough just being in the room. But the kids had a blast on the slide. All in all, it’s a 2-3 out of 5. "after reading some of the reviews I'm VERY pleased to say I was very happy with my stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, I was able to park right outside my room and the check-in lady was very welcoming. I had forgotten to ask for a ground floor room. When I called the motel in the morning to request one, I reached an answering machine. In less than 30 minutes I received a call back advising a ground floor room would be waiting for me. I would definitely stay here...
