"The restaurant staff was phenomenal. Check-in went very smoothly however we were staying in the penthouse. The most expensive room on the property with the taxes were almost as much as the actual stay, the keys to the outer doors did not work and we were locked in for the evening and the desk closed. To be fair it was very late, however, there should’ve been a way to reach someone on the property to let them know we couldn’t leave the top floor

"property itself was good and room was well maintained. main reason for the 3 star rating is the location. although it was only five min from the airport but there was negligible public transportation specially on a sunday. closest stop was in a parking lot which required 8-10 min walk through a main road with no sidewalk etc. night time area looked quite shady. no places to eat nearby. i would suggest only using it if you had a rental car or for a night in case you have an early flight to...

"L'hébergement est très bien situé dans Catane. En revanche, on a regretté l'absence d'accueil physique. Et il serait préférable de ne pas proposer de petits déjeuners plutôt que: 2capsules de café, 2 mini cake de chez lidl et 2 briquettes de jus d'orange. Et un sachet de biscottes ( pas de beurre, pas de confiture...) pas de thé non plus..."
