"The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...

"The exterior, lobby and restaurant are clean and welcoming. That ends when you step off the elevator. The halls are dark, dirty with torn soiled carpet, and desperately need renovation. The room is dirty, depressing, dark and old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Clearly a mattress from 10-15 years ago. Linen was clean. The bathroom has not been touched in decades.
