Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

"Firat of all the staff was excellent from phone calls before we checked in.When we checked in and throughout the whole visit, absolutely amazing. I travelled from Canada 🇨🇦 with 2 young girls I requested an early check in. And they got us in at 12p! Check in is normally 3p We went to Cedar Point and thats only 12 minutes away. Lots of shoppimg and dining in the area. Easy to get to Price was excellent too for the room we got which had cupboards in the mini kitchen, fridge, sink and microwave...

"We chose to stay here because of the short drive to Cedar Point. The room was clean, the breakfast was more than I expected, and the staff made checking in and out very easy. I would stay here again if in the area."
