"AC kept turning off, no coffee filters in room and tv didn't work"

"Place is being remodeled, but they tried putting me in a room that was not yet finished... then switched me to a room that already had someone in it. After the 3rd try, it was a halfway decent room but TV didn't work. At least the water was hot in shower and fairly clean. They might need to rethink the crew they have painting for the remodel... it's very sloppy work."

"This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk...

"I expected a cleaner better maintained room than what I got. The room was musty smelling, the carpets had plaster or dust on them. The door to my room would stick and I had to push hard tonopen or close it. The coffee in the morning was the best part of the stay."

"It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay."

"The shower door did not fully shut so water ran out. The wall by the sink was not wiped down. Paint was chipping and parts of the wall had been poorly patch. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The inside of the hotel was clean"

"Location is great! It is close to popular attractions. Room is nice and clean. The lady who checked us in was kind of stern and not so welcoming. But the other staff(sorry did not get her name) was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was a challenge, parking lot was small and lucky if you find a spot."
