No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes."

"The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

"Our rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was the bathtub would fill with water when we showered (separate unites). The pool was fantastic for the kids! The breakfast was also excellent. I would stay there again."
