"First of all, ALL of Lima is loud and dirty so expect some kind of a reflection of that fact in any budget hotel in Lima. It is part of the experience. That given and compared to EVERY other hotel I identified in Lima on Expedia or on foot Hotel Maxys Grau was the best value for the cost. Lima is EXPENSIVE too, unlike Colombia that I have more acclimated to. Everything cost more here than in Colombia or Mexico, so expect to pay more for the same luxuries. "This is one of the most affordable and my favorites hotels. I've been here many times and always have a wonderful experience. Customer service is the best and the rooms are clean and beautiful. I love their buffet breakfast. "

Take advantage of their taxi transportation from airport to hostel or vice versa (18usd). Highly Recommended.
