"From the outside, it looks neglected, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room. Everything is updated except for the bathroom. We just kind of ignored that Room lol."

It was impossible to call the front desk as the phone did not work. We had to use our cell phone and call through the 800 number. Finally, around 12:30 it quieted down. The next morning desperately needing coffee. After a night of little sleep we found the coffee maker did not work. Not a good stay"

My only "complaint" was that the gym equipment and is bit outdated and old, and it was difficult getting in, due to a lock change that they didn't notify guest about. "FRONT floor entry can be a little tricky, but the Assistance from the front staff made up for any complications endured. HAVE a little Grievance with Expedia itself, your site charged me more than the hotel gave me a receipt for, like $40.00 more. Is there a reason for this?"
