"A great experience, great place to stay, in middle of all sites to see in Gettysberg. Staff was very cordial and helpful, breakfast was a different hot variety everyday plus other staples. Room was magnificent and large bathroom. Would stay there again."

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and adequate for our needs. It's in a great location, just outside of town, but not too far to scoot in and enjoy the town. Our major complaint is that the beds are too hard. Some might like hard beds, but we are in our 70s, we need beds that are firm, but not too hard. We woke up each morning aching. But we loved the folks and location."

"The property had a lot of personality although I wish the website photos were updated since they no longer had the garden with the water features. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were upfront stating that the property was not disability friendly. It was challenging for my husband. Wish they had more handrails. The history here is amazing… loved it.. especially hearing some of the ghost stories."

"All was good, only issue was the front desk lady, she did not speak clear or speak up, it was like talking to your 15 year old kid who still mumbles. I had to keep having her repeat herself, about basic things, but I really couldn’t follow or understand her. The kick was she never spoke a bit louder or more clear, she kept repeating herself in the same monotone, low volume mumbles lol…..but everything else was good!"
