"The people in charge of customer service are extremely slow and inefficient at check-in and check-out. It is surprising how they do not offer to help when someone is free, besides they do not explain anything, they do not understand Spanish or English (I asked specifically this and the woman said no) considering that there are dozens of foreigners in that place. When we got to our room, we realized that it had not been cleaned or maybe other people were still there and we had to go out again to ask the reservation desk for another one. The facilities seemed average to me for the premium price they charge and the dinner options are limited. I had to go to eat at the MyMabu hotel next door to find more variety. The next day they told us that we could continue using the pool after check-out, but when we arrived at the pool we were surprised that we needed bracelets to do so, nobody explained it to us, we walked back 200 meters to ask for it again.
