"The check in process was great! Enrique the property manager is the best! He is very kind and respectful. The property is very well maintained and near a lot of restaurants. The rooms are clean and there is boiling hot water in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower! This place is simply the best!!!!!"

"Hypes is a very good place to stay if you are in Cali. It is close to Parque de los Gatos, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Main Bathroom was very spacious and modern, a very nice space. However, the small bathroom had a bit of an odour that will come and go, this was shared with the reception. On the outside of the windows there were two nests, some sort ants insects which was off putting, it did not affect the stay but they were still unappealing to see, the reception was informed about...

"There was rats running on the ceiling. The full size king bed are just two single beds put together without proper cushion in between them. Reception was really rude. They will find a way to charge you extra for anything. The walls are super thin. "
