"Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers always went above and beyond. The only thing that was missing was a microwave in the room and automatic entrance doors. I will definitely go back again."

"We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own."

"Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property. The only issue we experienced involved communication. Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache. I replied to the text requesting towels and something for his headache, but I never received a response. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., my father told me...

"I had to stay at the Embassy Suites Sarasota for 3 weeks during my husband’s hospitalization. The staff esp Alvaro, James, Josh, Manny, Geo, Maria and all of the other members in the restaurant took such great care of me during my stay. The food selection at the breakfast buffet is amazing esp the freshly made omelets! Shout out to the Embassy Suites Sarasota and their wonderful staff!! Hopefully we will be back for a pleasure trip in the near future!!"

"The place itself was nice. I love old style boutique hotels. No complaints on the hotel itself. My only complaint is from the Expedia site. The pictures on the site leads you to believe that some of the rooms have kitchens that don’t actually have kitchens. The standard rooms don’t have kitchens."

"It was close to most the local food and beach. If you are a light sleeper the walls are kind of thin. Nothing wrong with the property but the people next to us let their child scream and yell most of the time they were there, until late at night. But that's my only complaint. The inn keeper was nice and suggested local food places that were nice and things to check out locally."

"When we checked, the gentleman was on his phone. He was unprofessal. We asked a bout the property. The hotel is being remodeled, but all amenities are still available. The advertisement shows games as well as a restaurant and bar. You could order items, but it was made by the front staff. We were going to cancel and go elsewhere, but decided to stay. The manager on duty was wonderful. She was so kind. Her staff at the front desk were young and very unprofessional in how they presented...

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests."

"It was my first time here at this resort it was pretty nice it was clean and I like how you can just ask up front for stuff you need and they’ll give it to you and the pool is very nice just wish the hours were longer hahaha there is also a couple walking distance things to do but not too many just keep that in mind but things to do are usually not longer than 30 mins from here depending where you’re going of course"

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."
