"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!"

"Basic hotel, very small rooms but excellent location."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Ideal location, spacious, strong AC, and cool vibe. Having a kitchenette with a fridge and laundry was extremely helpful and we also loved having dishware. Felt like the best of both worlds of a hotel and a home. I highly highly recommend this hotel!!"

Purtroppo, il servizio della reception è stato decisamente inadeguato e ha compromesso l’esperienza. Viaggiando con un cane di piccola taglia, mi ero accordato con il personale per agevolare le pulizie: sarei rientrato dalla spiaggia all’ora di pranzo per portarlo fuori. Al desk mi è stato detto che sarebbero bastati 20–30 minuti per pulire la camera una volta...

"The The location is great and view from the rooftop is exceptional. The rooftop offers a 360 degree view spanning from the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff unfortunately was not up to par. Marriott offers members the ability to extend their stay which presumably is to be exercised before check out time. We were informed well after cheque out time that our room would not be available until after 4 as the current guest extended their stay. Staff did not offer another room until we...

"Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly a big shout out to Monty who went the extra mile for us on a few occasions."
