Extraordinary service by the reception💪

Fine location - Excellent service from check-in to check-out, receptionist went far beyond what you could expect to fulfill our requests. Reasonable size of the room, high level of cleanliness. Breakfast buffet somewhat disappointing but then again not the major reason for our visit.

One of the waiter was friendly and gave good service, but overall, we were disappointed. We were asked to leave a table during breakfast because it belonged to the department manager, even though it was very crowded. Breakfast was okay, but there was little selection, sweaty cheese, but good scrambled eggs. The pool was a decent size but extremely dirty. It was a plus that sunbeds on the beach were included. The bedrooms were dirty, and it seemed like the sheets were not changed daily as we saw the same stains. The duvet covers were smaller than the duvets, which was uncomfortable. Shower was small. The water was only super hot or super cold. Not good.

Excellent hotel. Staff were so helpful with helping us get around Venice. The bathroom is a bit small and could be an issue if you are a large person. The shower is a fold up door and very small. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with great restaurants everywhere & close to supermarket. Will definitely be back.

Ok ophold

Ok hotel, men meget lille værelse, aircondition larmede så meget at vi var nødt til at slukke den om natten, hvilket så resulterede i at der var virkelig varmt. Mangler virkelig et lille køleskab på værelset. Vi kunne næsten ikke være der med vores to tasker. Pris og kvalitet hang ikke sammen. Der var musik tors-, fre- og lørdag fra kl. 21.30 til midnat og det var højt! Umuligt at sove i den støj. Det var ikke oplyst inden, så vi oplevede det desværre først da vi var der. Morgenmaden var ok.

Das hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr 4 Sternen. Die Teppichböden und Bettränder sind sehr schmutzig. Die Ausstattung ist unpraktisch und nicht durchdacht: ein Familienzimmer für 4 (!) Personen - sehr klein, obwohl das größte das sie haben - hatte keinen Schrank. Ein paar Laden, doch die konnten wegen Bett nur halb geöffnet werden. Einen einzigen Sessel, der allen verfügbaren Platz weggenommen hat. Der Duschschlauch so kurz dass er nicht zu einem kleinen Kind runter reicht. Statt dem angegebenen Balkon eine Terrasse die man sich mit mehreren anderen Zimmern teilt - zudem komplett voll Vogelexkrementen, die nie weggeputzt werden. Das Reinigungspersonal ist nicht schuld am Zustand des hotels, es tut was es kann.

Recenze hotelu Ca’ di Valle

Hotel neodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám. Po ubytování jsme si museli vyměnit pokoj a připlatit si za 3 lůžkový. Ve 2 lůžkovém si nesednete ani na záchod, protože máte nohy ve sprchovém koutu. Měli jsme i vadné umyvadlo a po nahlášení nikdo nepřišel umyvadlo opravit, tak nám celý týden tekla proudem voda ze sifonu. Pokoje se uklízí denně, ale moc se s tím nemažou. Toaletní papír jsme neměli 2 dny a museli si vzít vlastní. Večeře jsme měli jen jednou, nechutnaly nám. Snídaně velice chudé. Chyběla mi čerstvá zelenina a ovoce. Vajíčka pouze míchaná a na objednávku. Bazén čistý, teplý a udržovaný. Rozdělen na hlubší a brouzdaliště pro děti. Moře moc čisté není. Na břehu spoustu vyplavených medúz, v moři jsme také zahlédli dost velké. Od prvního dne ubytování jsme denně slyšeli, kdy zaplatíme celý pobyt. Úhrada pobytu předem. Personálu dávám asi nejlepší hodnocení. Jak na recepci nebyl problém a výměnou pokoje - divně zapáchal a velmi malá koupelna. Personál tedy ochotný. Jen u bazénu vše dlouho trvalo, ale personál milý. Do tohoto hotelu se už nevrátím, ale dovolenou jsme si i tak moc užili. V okolí je dostatek restaurací, jeden obchod s potravinami, ale brzy zavírá. Jestli chcete rušný noční život, obchůdky a promenádu kolem moře, tak to tu chybí. Slunečníky a lehátka jsou zdarma.

Dies ist ein sehr nettes Familien Hotel. Der Strand 150 Meter vom Hotel, Venedig um die Ecke. Sole,spiaggia e mare, was will man mehr👍👍👍

Die Fotos stimmen überhaupt nicht mit dem Zimmer über ein. Das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung, als Einzelperson wird man an einen Tisch mit 6 Personen dazugesetzt. Das Hotelzimmer war über der Bar wo verschiedene Veranstaltungen stattgefunden haben.Ich würde das Hotel nicht nocheinmal buchen.

Meget små værelser - 3 Pers. Vær. kun plads til 2

Havde bestilt et værelse til 3. Værelset var ikke betegnet til 3 så jeg måtte booke et ekstra værelse så vi alle kunne være der. Den ekstra seng der var til rådighed var til et lille barn og skabspladsen var til max 2 personer.... Så det blev en dyr fornøjelse. Morgenmad var ringe. Poolområdet var dejligt.
