"I highly recommend the Red Coach Inn and will definitely book a stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls in the future. Our room was very clean and quiet. The park setting was beautiful and the staff was attentive and kind. The full breakfast that was included was tasty and the servers both mornings we were there were excellent. Very impressed!"

"Our room was very comfortable for 2. The fireplace was sort of a joke as I tried it when we first got there and all it was was an electric simulated fire. Staff was very nice and cleaned our room almost every day- we were there 4 nights. Breakfast was OK- basically the same thing each day. Bar nice and private with friendly service."

"The staff was super friendly and willing to help out with any requests. The parking was only $5 a night which was not bad but this may vary depending on the time of the year. The cleanliness could have been a lot better, we had some fruit flies in our room and some of the high touch areas did not seem to be properly wiped down in addition to hair in the shower when we checked in. The rooms are much smaller than they look online which is okay but it would have been nice if the desk did not...

"It was good stay. This place is really close to the falls. One thing i was little disppointed is there is only one sports channel out of 10 cable channels. Only 10 channels you can watch in your room."

"Loved the area. Close to all of the Niagara Falls activities both American side and Canadian side. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. We had to use our same towels the 3 nights we were there."

"I am not a “Karen” but do expect some level of professionalism from a front desk staff. This is what gives me a first impression for the safety and cleanliness of the hotel. One employee was on FaceTime and the other was eating ice cream when I walked in. Check in was fairly easy but I was surprised to be charged an $11 parking fee. The pool was fine.
