The hotel was clean. Our room started at 64 degrees when we got there and only went down. Was at 60 degrees when we got up the next morning. There were no extra blankets in the room either. The shower drained too slow so you had to stop mid shower and let it drain.

The email/text with necessary information (which unit, and entry pin) didn't arrive (finally did arrive after the fact). I had to call the Resident Manager, and she was helpful, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Also, the WiFi signal was very weak. Otherwise, all good.
