"When we first checked in our room was by the pool and the chlorine smell was really bothering my husband. Kathleen at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and had us moved to a new room in a better location right away which we really appreciated. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping arrived quickly with extra towels"

"Staff was helpful and able to provide and help with my many requests as needed. The hotel was clean and had excellent and friendly housekeeping staff. The pool was perfect for my 2 young kids and had lots of opportunities for us to enjoy it alone. The 2 queen size room was a great size and comfortable for us. The drive between the hotel and African lion safari was quite nice too. Breakfast was a great benefit to the stay too with a number of options to choose from. Definitely worth checking out and would visit again."

"Slightly out of the way, but easy to find and would appear to be a recent build. Helpful check-in staff, cool room, small but nicely appointed exercise room and tiny pool. BAck garden a very relaxing space with chairs, tables and umbrellas providing welcome shade during this very hot spell. The restaurant is a little basic, but the food is good and the staff are really excellent. A nice place to stop while visiting the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum - the No, 20 bus takes you more or less door to door. (And the small Jewish Graveyard next door is both beautiful and fascinating.)"

"The room was cleaned daily and the staff was friendly, the check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The response from the staff was prompt and the building is in a new state with secured access and underground garage that facilitated entry to the hotel during bad weather. All in all the hotel is kept in really great shape and hope it stays the same"
