"This hostel was in a very convenient location but can be a bit sketchy at night. We had a late flight and I tried contacting the hostel many times to make arrangements for late check in. The description says to contact them if arriving after hours so they can leave the room key in your room. They did not respond to any of my emails so I got Expedia to call and they were told that we could only check in until 12 am. If after that, they would not let us in. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "
