"Staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities are clean and location is 15 mins from city canter"

"As soon as I arrived I stood in line to check in, the receptionist simply passed 5 people in front of me and other people who were waiting, I complained and they were super rude. After checking in they told me the room and the bed and there were people in the bed that was for me, I went back to the reception they gave me another room and the same thing happened, super disorganised."

"Really fun and lively hostel!! Most of the people staying here are very nice as well! The place itself is pretty cozy and college dorm like … a bit outdated but if you’re only here a night or two not bad at all for the price! Room does have a bit of a sweat smell & if there’s people out in the lobby or room next door you will probably hear them. Didn’t use the pool but look like the picture to me just a bit smaller… A/C in the room is perfect! Breakfast was okay nothing fancy or wrong with it...

"The fan in the room was not enough to keep it cool. The extractor in the bathroom was not working and all the steam stayed inside as there was no window. The good about it is that the hostel is well located."
