"Clean apartment, beautiful location with views of the Portugal Parlament/Asamblea building. Pretty park right across the street. Easy access to busses. Many nice restaurants in the area. Building was very secure. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was as lovely as in the photos!"

"We arrived to Lisbon early and our check in didn’t start until 3pm but we got to the hotel around 12:30pm and were able to get our room around 1pm. Which was amazing thanks to friendly staff. Margarida was awesome.
Very clean room, spacious bathroom and kitchen in the hallway with small fridge. Coffee, tea and bottled water available.
Great location walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Even small grocery store. I’m not sure about the parking, we didn’t have a car. But we...

"Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected...

"This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. "The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"We loved this apartment! The location was excellent — very walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
