"Check in was easy the hotel is very secure with lots of friendly staff. Room was clean and put together. The bed was more like a board but the pillows kinda made up for it. A/C worked amazing and water pressure was great. The bai cafe buffett for breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Pool was nice with comfy lounge chairs. Location was okay. Definitely have to grab to downtown. They let me check out late for no extra cost. 4.5/5 (.5 for the bed)"

"Hotel is a little tired and carpet really should be replaced in the hallways, however rooms are very clean and staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet is TOP NOTCH. Location is 10/10, being right next door to Ayala Mall."

"Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk). "
