"The property is super nice and clean. However, what I didn't like or experience before is the fact that, staff at the front desk could notice guests have arrived carrying several lagagges and will not even attempt to open the door for the guest. Also they just conduct check in at the front desk and handover the room card and ask you to find your way to the room. No one cares if you can locate the or if you could handle your lagagges. Such a practice is not hospitality management that I know...

"Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet, good steak house, and wonderful sushi bar on site. The hotel is in an industrial neighborhood, but Park Mall is a quick walk away. Also close to Centro Mandaue and St Joseph National Shrine."

"*sigh* such a lovely establishement brought down by staff lacking service skills bordering to rude. Ah well, still a great room and comfortable bed. Area around is somewhat empty though, but not an issue aince you easily book a grab wherever. Couldn't bare to stay for another night, so only one night here so maybe the staff were just having a bad day, all of them all at once 😂"
