I booked several nights due to great reviews about the pool. Turns out the pool was closed for complete reconstruction, which was disappointing to find out at checkin. They should put a notice on travel app sites that the pool is closed as a courtesy to prospective guests.

This hotel is excellent. The facilities and the receptionist desk staff are excellent. Loved the location due to it being adjacent to the SM City Mall.
