"We've stayed here in past years and really enjoyed it. The pool is small, but the pool and spa are a pleasant place to relax. We like the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, and the water-filling station in the lobby. This time, we found out the pool and spa were closed once we got there. They were able to send us a Welcome message, but not a message about their amenities being unavailable. "The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. "Great location, I would call it more of a motel than a hotel. They provide you with 2 sets of ear plugs because the walls are paper thin. But if your neighbors are quiet you should be good."
