I believe it was Vanessa at the front desk who checked us in. she had the most bubbly and welcoming personality! she gave us the run down on parking, amenities the hotel offered, how to get there, and any other questions we had she was insanely ready to help! the night staff was also wonderful! I frequent the iowa city area often and i will definitely be making this a reoccurring spot to stay as well as recommending it to anyone else coming this way! "

"We frequently use this location for new employees doing training at our office. The rates are good, breakfast included, good location near restaurants and shopping and safe neighborhood. The staff is helpful and I've never had issues with charges or complications with check in. "

"We chose this hotel because we wanted a clean and safe place with free shuttle service near the CID airport. The room was fine except that the bathroom needs towel racks and hooks. The breakfast was basic but fine. I recommend this hotel."
