"Very convenient and unique place to stay while in Amana. Very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside is that it can be noisy in the rooms. Original room (103) was conveniently located by an outside door, but had to ask to be moved because we could hear everything being said in the room next door. This room is near the event area also and I was told it can get very loud if there is a wedding, etc. Thankfully hotel wasn't full, and staff was very accommodating, so got moved to...

"The hotel is near by restaurants, gas stations, and a few minutes from the casino. For a 2 star hotel it really wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"We loved our stay. From the outside the hotel looks run down and not operational but once inside it is gorgeous. The staff were so nice and shared the history of the building. Beautiful old hotel from 1870. Each room is decorated differently. The staircase defines grand. Bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet. We will be back for sure. "
