"The communication was absolutely top-notch. It made check-in incredibly easy after a very long day of traveling. There is no waiting at a check-in desk. We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas.
