"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour (3 nuits du 26 au 29 décembre 2025) : - l'hotel est très mignon et bien situé, facile d'accès et permettant de se déplacer aisément à pieds, en bus, etc ... - notre chambre (Al Kantara) au second étage était d'une propreté impeccable, calme et très confortable et très joliment décorée. "My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"Property was spotless. Large and spacious room - impeccably clean. Shower had amazing water pressure. Bath towels were large and plush. Air conditioning was stellar. Communication with the property was prompt and always kind. Great location for restaurants - with an amazing yoga studio 5 mins away (The Kynd Space). The kitchen, fridge and outdoor patio were large and also spotless. I can’t say enough how clean this property was. It was impressive! I would stay here again any day."

"We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to...

"Had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were great, and every detail made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. A great view of the city. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere made it hard to leave. I’d absolutely stay here...
