"Bathroom got clogged easily but this is apparently a problem in all the hotels I stayed at in Mexico. The staff were quick to fix it. Becareful walkkng/running on the floor tiles after you exit the pool because I slipped just by walking. "This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The check in was at 3pm but the door was locked when I arrived. Someone showed up at 4pm and never apologiged. The room was clean and quiet. "
