"The property overall was up to the high standards that was advertised. The rooms were bright, up-to-date and clean. The gym is a nice sized space and had sufficient equipment to workout with. The staff at the Banyan Tree Cafe was friendly and went out of their way to provide a service to me. I would visit Bossier City and stay at Margaritaville again."

"We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"
