There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. "I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). I also noticed some stray hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was not comfortable either. It was rather hard. Although this visit wasn’t at the quality level I have...

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."
