"Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"Hotel hard to access. Entry is through the parking lot of an adjacent "C" store/gas station. While the room was decent from a cleanliness point of view, the hall was was dirty and needed vacuuming bad. There was a table in the hall that someone had written "dust me" in the dust on it's top, sometime in the past. Still there when we left. The "easy chair" in our room was thread bare and just plain worn out! The maid apparently had been instructed to leave just one "decaf" and one...

"It’s a very old hotel. Which does not bother me. But it was very poorly maintained. There was only one person on staff. And you had to call a phone number to find them. Their pool was not available or their hot tub was not available. They did not have the room stocked with the essentials light soap. Towels. Washcloths. Half the time the toilet didn’t flush. "This property is horrible. It’s filthy, damaged, and all around disgusting. The one desk person on an extremely busy weekend was nice enough."

"Clean room. Very helpful staff. Restaurant was decent. Bar was lovely. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. I will stay here again. Very convenient to everything in the Boise area."

"Room was filthy. Toilet was clogged and we had to go ask for toilet paper. Tv was unplugged and water was shut off to the sink. The microwave only had one knob that worked. There was also a wet plastic bag and wet toilet paper wadded up in the shower. Took the staff an hour after we checked in to resolve any of the issues."

"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in.
