"I am just complaining because of the construction. Needs a cooler bar and restaurant - maybe that is coming. Nashville so cool and location great so needs to elevate the amenities. Rooms fine"

"We stayed one night here for a concert. The hotel was about a 20min walk from Broadway. In a good location with a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean and smelled nice. The people at the check in were friendly and the breakfast was solid. $20 parking per night. We didnt have time to swim but the pool looked nice."

"The hotel was great, we enjoyed the happy hour with live music and appetizers from 4-6p daily was a great addition. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. It was an easy 10min walk to all the bars and fun on Broadway. I would definitely stay here again for the amenities and close proximity to downtown bars. "

"The room was basic but clean. Everything you need. Air conditioning was great. The hallway had an order and we were in a room outside the elevator. So we heard the beep all night which wasn’t great. We didn’t get to try the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Parking is kinda terrible. You can use the garage but after taxes and fees was $46! There is street parking but we couldn’t find any. Morning management was so nice. Opened doors and offered to help with luggage. We took an uber to a concert and it was really easy. If your looking for a no frills reasonable cost hotel this works. Oh beds were soooooo hard. TV kept going in and out I’m assuming due to weather. "

"We love staying at the Motif when we visit our student at Belmont! This time, we discovered the very well maintained fitness center on the 2nd floor. Equipment is modern, clean, and the space is well kept. Snuck in a couple of quick workouts in between move out events! We'll be back MANY more times before we're all done in Nashville."

"Staff was fine but room was falling apart. Mirror in bathroom had frame falling off, mold or mildew in corner behind toilet, every towel rack tryingto fall off of wall. The toilet itself was loose on the floor. Air Conditioner has bright blinking LED lights that are on nonstop. Worst room I have stayed in for years."
