"Upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending towards the customers in line in front of me. In my time standing there I saw interactions with 2 other guests, a phone call as well as a meal delivery service. The only person treated like they weren't an idiot was the man delivering the staff members taco bell. It was uncomfortable to say the least. My room was clean but the bathroom was not. "L We liked the location!!! 2. Suite was a larger room but minimally furnished, no sense of separate space , no lamp in sitting area."

"Convenient to all activities, zoo, Coors Field, and Red Rocks. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was based on previous reviews. The room had a small refrigerator ans microwave. The one issue was the water for the shower. It would be hot, then cool, then hot again. Shower fast."

"Our rooms all had issues including a leaking toilet that was not taken care of the bathroom was dirty. TV didn't work in 1 room and none of the phone in the 3 rooms worked."

"I was not informed that there was a charge for parking. Despite the staff being very good, the property looks somewhat run down and only 1 elevator was working."
