"I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. "The elevator was out of order and we were put in rooms on the second floor. We were traveling with another couple and they had a roach in their room. There was also a pool of vomit in the hall outside the other couple’s room. We would not recommend anyone to stay there."

"The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel. On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

The elevator has a sign that says you need a parking permit but the people at the front desk (when you finally track them down) say that they are out of permits…The TV stopped getting signal on most channels for a few hours—no streaming services offered. "The room was okay there was some spots in bathroom and room that didn't seem cleaned all the way and was scuffed and old. Staff weren't super friendly especially during check in seemed bothered and just aloof. There was a fire or something a couple doors down and the noise of them dealing with that and the crew effected our sleep for sure. Wish I asked to me moved or a credit or better yet they should have checked with people near the room."
