"Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay."

"部屋は1人には十分な広さだったこと、清掃も行き届いている印象だった。 一度蛾がでたが、フロントに連絡するとすぐに対応してくれてよかった。 またエレベーターがメンテナンス中だったが、重いスーツケースは事前にチェックアウトの時に運ぶのを依頼したら快く対応してくれてよかった。 備え付けのテレビの不具合か時々ぱちっと消えたりついたりすることがあったのでそれが気になったが、基本は決して過ごしていたためそんなには気にならなかった。 ホテルの近くに人気のレストランやカフェがあったりバス停も近いため観光に便利だった。 また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。"

"Check if the pool jacuzzi and gym are available before booking, for the price per night - it’s wasn’t good value for money that these core facilities and selling points were closed for maintenance during my 6 night stay. The pool was the main reason I chose this hotel. The rooms are clean but basic and there are much more luxurious hotels in Sydney in this same price point."

"really nice room. Received notice before we arrived that the room we booked would have been noisy. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent"

"This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Royal. As a solo traveller (on this occasion), I felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and local area and all of the staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I was allocated an accessible room (not requested) which was spacious and clean with a large wet room style bathroom. The water pooled on the floor following a shower but it was carefully dried by cleaning staff members on a daily basis and towels were in plentiful...
