The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again."

"Everything about this hotel was perfect - large comfortable bed, great blackout blinds and soundproofing as peaceful nights sleep every night! Water refillable bottle and stations on each corridor, and shower was great! And fantastic location - will def be staying again when return."
