"My 2nd stay at this unique old mansion that's been converted into a comfortable hotel. This time my room was very compact BUT it had all I needed for a short stay. Excellent location, and breakfast included. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom, all scrupulously clean. I wish there was a lift but staff always willing to help with luggage. I thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"Chose this as a way station on the way to Sydney as it advertised high speed internet and I had morning video meeting I had to make. Internet was highly unstable and for, with no recourse from the hotel staff. Also chose this hotel because breakfast was included. Breakfast was pretty awful. Very, very limited choice. Absolutely no recourse for someone with gluten intolerance or someone avoiding dairy. I ate a banana and gave up. Bummer all around."

"This was a gem of a find. The property is well kept. The room was so clean. The bed super comfortable. I had the most amazing view of the harbour bridge all lit up. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff. Amazing find!"

"This place was great ! In a great location and the rooms were very well maintained. The management were very professional and friendly. The restaurant and food were great and very reasonably priced. The first time in my many years eating on pubs that a medium - rare steak was actually cooked to medium rare. The only point I would make is the bar staff could do with a few lessons in etiquette and customer relations but hey that is young people these days :)"
