"Big Beetle Bugs in room on the 8th floor. Water leaked all around the bottom of the shower soaked the entire bathroom floor. An abrupt uneven step into the bathroom meant you had to Learn NOT to hit your foot each time you used the bathroom. I told front desk about bugs and this was dismissed and ignored instead of being addressed. Breakfast was great. "
