"My 2nd stay at this unique old mansion that's been converted into a comfortable hotel. This time my room was very compact BUT it had all I needed for a short stay. Excellent location, and breakfast included. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom, all scrupulously clean. I wish there was a lift but staff always willing to help with luggage. I thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"A fantastic experience at this fun and unique hotel. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and bus stops right outside the door. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, with lots of dining options and playful design touches throughout. "Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. Thoroughly recommend."
