"Stayed for a week- no issues. Easy access- close to airport. Used hot tub and weight room. Breakfast was always good- just wish there was more of a variety of hot food for a weeks stay (only thing different was sausage or bacon). Great stay - no complaints."

"The website photos make the everything look bigger. This is an older hotel. Not much room between the foot of bed and desk area. When I was working at the desk my husband couldn’t walk by me to get to the fridge. Would be nice to have a night stand on both side of the bed to put your phone and book on. The shower was narrow. And we were short hand towels and wash cloths. Very small pool and narrow hallway. Carpet in hallway way was old and has been shampooed to many times and was permanently...

"The beds were alright and the breakfast was alright very typical of any cheap hotel. The issue is they say they have these different amenities and then they really dont. I have a picture I wish I could have. They have a pool but it is full of green algae and mold. The shower had black mold in the grouting and when you pull the bathtub to make the shower. Half the water comes out the spout and half out the shower head. This place needs a lot of work. if you are okay paying for everything but...

"The Red Arrow is a large facility. I was in building C, which had hallways that smelled like a bad subway. Strong urine, sticky dirty carpet, poor lighting. The room was large, but also not well cleaned. The ac was good. We were also able to get a towel for each person in the room. Not going back."

"Our motorcycle club (20 bikes) reserved rooms 4-6 weeks prior. When we arrived we were told the motel had sold and that they didn’t have any of our reservations (these had all been paid for in advance). It finally was straightened out but what a pain! There were no coffee pots in the rooms and when my husband went down to get coffee in the morning, there was only a 12 cup household coffee pot in the breakfast room. The breakfast offerings were cereal, bagel and yogurt. Won’t be back!"

"I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!"
