"I sent an emailed with a question about transportation but did not receive a response. Before scheduling my airport ride, I was quoted a price by the front desk, at my destination, the driver advised the cost was higher than quoted—BTW nearly twice the cost of an Uber for the same trip."

"The room was clean and we slept comfortably. Staff was helpful and kind. Although the hotel is located about a 35min drive from the Historic Center and other tourist spots, there's plenty of street food and Mercado Prago"

"We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican."
