"Where do I begin? We arrived very early and asked if early check‑in was possible. We were told yes, but there was a $75 fee, which was definitely a sticker shock. We decided to pay it. Check‑in itself was flawless and completely issue‑free. Before going any further, I want to mention that about 95% of the staff were beyond amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I will address the remaining 5% later. The room was nice, but not worth the price charged. You are essentially paying for location...

"I loved my stay but wished there was a fridge in the room. Everything was great. From the nicest check-in with Jamie to my checkout. When I used the text feature to ask for additional towels and the towels were at my room in less than 30 minutes. I was able to use the gym to workout like I wanted and had a great and comfortable stay. I would stay here again. "

"Was staying on the 14th floor and on Saturday night from 11p to 4a there were cars racing up and down the streets and people screaming outside. The area around the hotel is central but there are many unhoused people on the streets close by. "

"The staff is super friendly and we've the location! The sports bar had a great outside ambiance and you can see the ferris wheel from the balcony. The pool and other amenities are spectacular. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when visiting Atlanta."

"Hotel was good and clean, staff were helpful, especially the valet parking team, very nice people. It is in downtown, good location. I didn’t like the bed and the pillows because they were extremely soft, the A/A was in auto mode and every time it stopped it was very hot so i would have preferred a regular mode A/A instead but i couldn't change it. Cookies every afternoon were delicious. The bar was good too. In general, it is a good option."
