Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
8/10 Good
"Family friendly | Not as renovated as some other properties "

Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Would’ve liked them to clean showers on a daily like everything else. Also would like tastier food and more options. The pool needs to be available later. They close a bit early for a vacation trip."

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent, and the food was good/very good. There were a lot of options for food. There were different options for pools, e.g. active pool area with music and swim-up bar near the beach and quieter options with poolside service near the back of the property. We also used the gym, which was small but nice and clean. The room was spacious and nice; you could see some wear on the property, but nothing to complain about. The staff works hard to maintain the property, and it is very clean. We had one of the ground floor, swim-up rooms, which we really enjoyed. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!"

Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico
4/10 Poor
"We booked a Club King room and were given one on the 5th floor. There were tiles lifting on the floor of the bedroom. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the bottom sheet didn't even go to the end of the mattress. I phoned to ask for a new sheet and was transferred to some number that never did answer.
The Club lounge though was good with good service and good food and drink. The appeal for this hotel is it's location right at the airport."

Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Needs a update"

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort
6/10 Okay
"Our stay at Seadust was disappointing and not as relaxing as we had hoped.
The resort was very noisy, with constant banging sounds that made it hard to rest and enjoy our time.
Shortly after arrival, we were approached by staff offering a discount and “VIP breakfast” in exchange for attending a 90-minute presentation for their Infinity Travel Club. We agreed based on the timeframe given, but it ended up taking half of our day. The sales team was very pushy, and once we declined, their attitude changed completely and felt rude and unwelcoming.
The “VIP breakfast” did not feel VIP at all, the food was the same as the buffet, just served in a different location. Overall, the food quality throughout the resort was mediocre.
We felt this experience was disrespectful of our time and it negatively affected our overall stay."

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"This resort is incredibly beautiful with amazing staff that were kind and friendly. The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars is because both the breakfast and lunch options were redundant. The food items were all the same every single day without any variety."

AVA Resort Cancun - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Interior of the resort was quite beautiful. Exterior of the resort leaves quite a bit to be desired.
The pool area is very condensed and crowded. You feel like you’re on top of the other guests at all times.
We spent a lot of our vacation just waiting. Waiting on line for someone at the front desk, waiting in line for the buffet, waiting for service at the pool…just waiting.
Pool chairs are nearly impossible to come by. Prepare to pay to rent a cabana if you want somewhere to sit down - or wake at 7:30 AM to save a pool chair. The resort really needs a better solution for the amount of chairs that are being “reserved” but sit empty all day.
Restaurant reservations are very difficult at several restaurants in the resort particularly the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Your best bet is to show up and see if anyone was a no-show and get a walk-in table.
The best way to sum up this resort is simply ‘mid’. Not awful, not great. Mid-level quality, mid-level service mid-level amenities. It was a fair price for what we got, but I would not return, nor would I recommend.
