"Room cleaning was phenomenal. Morning buffet and crew were amazing. The lobby is extremely hot no matter what time of day it is. At night if you try to drink a drink at the main lobby bar you will be dripping in sweat on how hot it is in there literally. Some of the staff in the evening reservation to dine in only came a few times to attend us. This is my 8th time coming to Cancun and first time here at this hotel and there’s way better out there trust me. Don’t come here."

Llegué el hotel en la noche y nadie me advirtió de esto, hasta que al día siguiente desperté con los sonidos fuertes de martillos y taladros. Cada día finalizaban a las 7 pm aprox. los trabajos.
